Mount 100% drops in heroics (I queued specifically gambit on repeat). After doing the dungeon 15 times in one day (on the same character) I got the mount. Total tries was at least 70+. I saw the mount drop 5 times, 4 people had never done the dungeon before, one person like me had spammed it 75 times and got it on their gambit spam character.
