WebI wish they had scrapped both Viera and Hrothgars in this expansion. People just complain. Not enough hairstyle, no hats, incomplete races due to just have one sex each. Maybe people were right... WebIt's a top hat, I don't see a problem on Hroth for it and Viera could hide their ears in it. Yeah there no reason for them not to be able to wear them. SE just half asses the new races.
